A whole issue, open to anyone. Names redacted the way filings redact them; cited in full for the territory holder. Every row traces to a federal filing dated this week.

The anatomy of a signal.
Row 05 · Suspension clocks · Texas
J E E L, Fort Worth
A federal suspension order is served: operating authority shuts off Aug 26 unless new coverage is filed. The liability filing was cancelled by Bulldog National Risk. Replace it, or the involuntary suspension order already served takes effect Aug 26 and the trucks stop earning.
Fifth row down and still two days on the clock. The board ranks by the clock, so Monday’s order is never a guess.

Read, computed, cited. Nothing else.
- Read from the federal record on its own schedule: daily for carrier insurance, weekly for benefit plans, monthly for loan disclosures.
- Computed, with the arithmetic shown: days on the clock, months to renewal, the dollar gap on a maturing loan.
- Cited on the row itself, so any claim can be checked against the public record before anyone is contacted.
- Named the way the record names it. Since FMCSA’s May 2026 system change, a lapsed filing draws a served involuntary suspension order with a thirty day fuse; the older regime revoked outright. Every row cites the exact order it reads.
- Never padded. If the record is quiet, the board says so and shows the real count. The headline number is broken into its parts on the board itself, so you can see how much of it is the clocks and how much is everything else.
- Dated, and the clock counts from that date. The board is cut and sent weekly, and every clock on it counts from the cut date printed at the top, not from the day you open it. This sample is the board of Aug 24, so a row reading two days shuts off on Aug 26 whenever you happen to read it. A carrier that lapsed the day after a cut appears in the next one. You are seeing a dated document, not a live feed, and the shortest clocks on any issue are the ones with the least time left when it lands.

One row, unredacted, so you can check it before you pay
ENERGY SERVICE PARTNERS LLC, Palestine, Texas
Trading as ESP IRON TRANSPORT. The federal record carries both names, so search by the USDOT number and you will land on the right carrier either way.
Every carrier on the board above is redacted, because those rows are what a subscriber pays for. This one is not, because its clock ran out weeks ago and there is nothing left on it to act on. That is the point: you can look it up yourself, right now, before you give us anything.
The liability filing was cancelled by Great West Casualty Co, effective Jul 8, 2026. The involuntary suspension order was served Jun 8 and took effect Jul 8: thirty days, which is the fuse every clock on this board is counting down. Its operating authority now reads Inactive with no liability filing on record.
Source · FMCSA public files, retrieved Aug 24, 2026. Two ways to check it, both free and neither needs us: FMCSA’s SAFER snapshot returns this carrier’s status from the USDOT number alone, and FMCSA’s Licensing & Insurance search, queried by that same number, carries the insurance filings and the served order behind the dates above. If a row we publish does not check out, that month is free.
