Terms, in plain English.

Effective August 24, 2026. "We" is Talega Growth, a d/b/a of Sanderson Capital LLC. "You" is the business subscribing. These terms are written to be understood; where a longer agreement exists for a managed service engagement, that agreement governs.

The boards

What a board subscription is.

Flat monthly subscription, cancel any time. No term, no rollover trap. Cancel and your access ends at the period you paid for.
One buyer per territory. While your subscription is active, we will not sell the same board for the same territory to anyone else. If we ever take payment for a territory that turns out to be held, the newer payment is refunded in full, immediately.
First issue free; a slow month is free. If your board carries almost nothing new in a month (fewer than ten dated events), that month is free on request.
The citation guarantee. Every row cites a dated public filing. Find a row whose filing does not check out, show us, and that month is free.
Your license. The board is for your business's own prospecting. Do not resell, republish, or share it outside your firm; exclusivity only works if everyone honors it, including you.

What we are and are not

A data service, and only that.

We are not an insurance producer, broker, or lender. We do not solicit, quote, or negotiate insurance or loans, and nothing on a board is a recommendation to contact anyone or an assurance they will buy.
Board facts come from public filings and are provided as filed. We compute honestly and cite everything, and filings can lag reality. Verify before you rely; the citation is on the row so you can.
No percentage compensation, ever. We never take a share of your premium, commission, or loan economics. Flat fees only.
Your compliance is yours. How you contact the businesses on a board (calls, emails, anything else) is your responsibility under the laws that apply to you.

The boring but honest part

Liability, changes, and where disputes go.

Liability cap: our total liability for anything arising from the service is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential damages.
No warranty beyond what is written here. The guarantees above are the guarantees; the service is otherwise provided as is.
Changes: if we change these terms, subscribers get the new terms by email before they take effect, and canceling is always available.
Governing law: California. Disputes go to the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.
