Effective August 24, 2026. Talega Growth is a d/b/a of Sanderson Capital LLC, San Juan Capistrano, California.
Three things, all of them obvious.
- What you give us. Name, work email, company, phone, and territory when you contact us or subscribe. Payment details go to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
- What using the service creates. Portal logins, which boards you hold, invoices, and correspondence with us.
- Basic website logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Run the service. That is the list.
- Deliver your board, bill your subscription, answer your messages, and keep territories exclusive (which requires knowing who holds what).
- We share data only with the processors that make the service work: Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers for delivery. Never sold, never rented, never traded.
- Email from us stops when you tell us to stop, and subscriptions cancel when you cancel.
Board data is public record.
The businesses that appear on boards come from public federal filings (Department of Transportation, Department of Labor, SEC). We compute and republish facts those filings already made public, with citations. If you believe a public-record fact about your business is wrong, the correction belongs with the filing agency; if you want to ask us about a row, write to hello@talegagrowth.com and we will answer.
